Cubbon House Accessibility Statement
Please find outlined below information regarding our Assess Statement. We hope you
enjoy your visit here to the Cubbon House, where we strive to promote a high
standard of service regardless of whether your life has been affected in some way by a
medical condition, impairment, or specific learning difficulty.
Prior to your arrival
Enquiries and reservations can be made via phone or email
Should you require a taxi from the Airport they are always at hand outside the
airport (20mins drive) Alternatively the 1H Bus stops right outside the
Airport and drops you of a few doors away (35mins)
Sea terminal is approx small 5 mins walk along the Promenade, also there is
Taxi’s outside the terminal.

On Arrival at the Guest House
There is public parking and a disc is needed which we provide on arrival, There
is no reserved parking spaces.
Entrance to the building is by way of 5 deep steps, grab rails to assist
We are more than happy to help with your luggage and ensure it is delivered
to your room.

Our stairs and hallways are well lit and carpeted
Our Guest lounge is situated on the ground floor
Ground floor has a Massage Salon Loose Knots

There is ample seating and chairs have no arms

All accommodation starts on the second floor
We do not have adapted bathrooms, we have grab rails in rooms with baths
and also slip mats
All our rooms are en-suite
Fresh bottle water daily, tea & coffee making facilities
Flat screen TV’s free Wi-Fi
Mini fridges
Additional Information
Service dogs are welcome (by prior arrangement only)
Small fridges are available in all the rooms
Fire alarm system is bells and does not have flashing lights.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate full-time wheelchair users as
this property does not have a lift and has 5 steps into the property.
We have tried to be as accurate as possible and have included as much detail into our
Access Statement, however we welcome your feedback to help us continuously
improve on the information we provide.
